So let me declare how it is I want to do business. On the next page is a basic application that you should proceed with. This will come directly to my desktop wherever I am in the world. Whilst I spend a lot of time in Australia, I actually spend a whole lot more time at my factory in China or my workshops and businesses in the USA. You are welcome to call and talk directly to me or my managers and you will find us most helpful with your enquiry. You may even choose to visit and look over the operation. Like Apple we sell a small number of high quality products.

Your basic business plan is to make a start. Get out and find customers. Do some service and support. Fix a tyre or supply some batteries. Do some local marketing. One customer leads to the next. Referrals are gold. The product is that liked, particularly if your client has had a previous experience. Provide prompt service and be known as Mr Reliable. Expodentially grow your customer base.

We advertise Nationally in quality publications and once a series of agents exist we will advertise a whole lot more. The product is successful and famous already. Selling from a single location we have more than 5,000 users Australia wide. In 20 years we have dealt with more than 20,000 clients on sales, service and parts. Local representations will most likely find a ready market quite quickly. Try and buy a secondhand Montana or Tycoon. They sell for high prices quickly. This is the true mark of a sought after high quality product. Much sort after.

You may think that the dealer selling the other brands has an advantage. No they don't. In recent times huge price wars have taken there toll at the distributor level. Dealers like huge margins. To feed this at a distribution level manufacturers have reduced the quality and durability of their products to little better than a kids toy. For a short while this worked until customers started seeing the issues. And there are a lot of durabilty and quality issues. Now the customer is wising up and demanding better product. We want to be supplying that product through you as our agent in your exclusive area.

The book is yet to be written on business in the 21st century. It started out with anybody, importing a cheap anything, and selling online with no support. Or someone with the wrong skill set bought into a franchise system that sold the low quality products the wrong way. The only people that made money from the many franchise systems that popped up were the people selling the franchises. Scooters are a machine and pensioners know there rights. Granny is needy and wants someone to pump her tyres and check it over regularly. Just because someone is old doesn't mean they are stupid. Honest business is to provide a quality product at a fair price and be there to support it. I have stood strong with great products, reliable parts and service, and consistent marketing. Its fair to say my products now have a real cult following in the market.

Now is the time. The economy is still tough to anyone in retail and it has taken its toll. Where there was once 14 there are now 4. And those 4 need to have ever increasing margins to continue. In your area I am sure the local scooter guy (franchisee that mortgaged his house) has sold low quality product with nasty batteries, plastic wheels, little or no support and so forth with customers that now hate him and he is sick of it. Set into your territory and do the work now and in the next period of time prosper greatly. 6 years of depressed market conditions is nearly enough. Its fair to assume that a boom is around the corner. Customers are crying out for real support and quality products.
